What we prohibit

This includes child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexual extortion, trafficking and any attempt to facilitate or promote the sexual abuse of a child. Do not upload, request, share or link to this content.

Report a concern

Use the Report option on a match or in a conversation to raise a concern in the app. You can also contact our child-safety contact, Henry, at [email protected]. Include the account or content location and a brief description. Do not attach or forward abusive images or videos.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.

How we respond

We review reports, restrict accounts and remove prohibited content from access. We report apparent child sexual exploitation, including confirmed child sexual abuse material, to the appropriate reporting body or national or regional authorities as required by applicable law, and preserve relevant information under those requirements.
